So soothing!
Saved me through a few too many clogged ducts. Highly recommend as an essential for a new mom who is breastfeeding or pumping! Helped a lot in the beginning with engorgement.

I did not love this item. I kept them frozen and did not feel like they stayed cold at all when I needed them. They didn’t really help with discomfort in my opinion

Great
These were a lifesaver and still are! After leaving the hospital my LO was nursing pretty frequently. I would use these as ice packs and heating pads. Worked wonders! Especially when i was engorged or had clogged milk ducts
